This prayer house was built in 2019. It’s located inside the factory where I work in Tebing Tinggi. It was built so that employees could pray in a proper place. Besides prayer, this place is also used for meetings to discuss religious matters. I often pray here because I feel a sense of peace.
This prayer house is one of the places I seek peace of mind and heart. When our hearts and minds are calm, our minds are more creative and can generate new ideas. And most importantly, I can feel more deeply the greatness of God, the Almighty Creator, who has guided me every step of the way. Without God’s help, we would not be able to achieve what we need.
When I began pursuing my new hobby of photography, I discovered a harmonious relationship between the serenity of the atmosphere and the things I photograph. Without realizing it, the photos I take have a serene feel, whether of natural landscapes, the roads I travel, or the places I visit.
Many of the photos I take always depict a feeling and atmosphere of calm and peace. It feels like my heart and emotions are at one with nature. I hope to consistently pursue this photography hobby as a way to fill my time after retirement.
