Playing with The Waves

Pancer Beach is located in Jember Regency, East Java. It’s quite famous for its celebrations held by local fishermen during certain months to express gratitude to God for the good fortune they’ve received. During these celebrations, many international tourists usually come to witness these events. I came here for a New Year’s holiday with my family. And Pancer Beach is truly beautiful.

At Pancer Beach, I enjoyed the natural beauty of the beach, the beauty of the beach, and the joy of children playing in the waves. As usual, I felt a sense of calm and peace in this open space. What really captivated me was watching the children playing in the waves. They felt so free to express their joy without any regard for their surroundings.

I took a few photos of the children playing in the waves. I felt as if I were joining in their joy. My feelings shifted slightly, as I usually prefer photographing natural landscapes. At Pancer Beach, I actually chose to capture the freedom of the children playing in the waves. It was so natural. It’s as if the natural scenery has been temporarily neglected.

Pancer Beach also serves fresh fish caught by fishermen and young coconuts freshly picked from the trees. The fish can be taken home or grilled to be enjoyed on the beach with family while sipping on young coconut water. I’ll be back next time to witness the lively fishermen’s thanksgiving celebration.
